November Showtime!

This Sunday (15th) we'll be back on the airwaves, live from the T room's keller. We have a special guest mix too- Eli Pavel of Oye Records will be bringing her soulful dubstep sounds to the show- don't miss it. Plus parrot and I will be present and correct with some serious winter warmers for your ears.

We'll probably kick off around 7.30pm local time- tune in at loudfm or if you are in the area- drop by for a beer.

Hold Tight Radio- These Days Special

This month Hold Tight is proud to host an exclusive guest mix from These Days Records supremo Alexander Ross. These Days is a Berlin label creating a lot of heat right now, with a string of quality releases under their belts- not least from Brooklyn house prodigies The Martinez Brothers and label co-owner Argy.

The Sheffield-born Ross, now living in Berlin, is also a talented producer and remixer in his own right, having dropped his own brand of deep dubby, percussive house on both These Days and Deeply Rooted House offshoot, Future Roots. With DJ support for his tracks from the likes of Carl Craig, Josh Wink, Laurent Garnier and Loco Dice, it's fair to say he's one to watch.

Ross had blessed us with a rather a lovely ambient mix, which will kick off the show, followed by davey and parrot taking over with tons of new and old gems unearthed since the last broadcast. This is the first of a string of guest mixes for Hold Tight Radio, so keep it locked in the coming months!
